Yup, that's the one.
We're going a bit forward in the fourth section. So you step forward with your left foot.
Then you bring your right foot back, but you keep your right foot toes in line with your left foot's heel and tap the toes to the heel.
Then you slide your right foot back a half step.
And then you cross your left foot in front of your right.
I think this part is the trickiest.
