I got kicked out of Stanford for something I didn't do. Instead of having the life so many of my college classmates, peers, whatever, have...I'm a supervisor of a Nerd Herd at a Buy More.

Yeah, not exactly the high paying career some of the others in my class have. I mean, some of them are have a sorta whole...'gee I have enough money but I'm too young to retire...what do I do?' dilemma. If that is one. I dunno.

Of course, I suppose for some of 'em, it's not all perfect. I mean, the SEC is gonna come knocking at the door of one of my classmates, Alan Waterman. I mean, insider trading and offshore accounts are very, very frowned upon from what I remember of the news of those companies that got into trouble.

Alan freaked out that I knew that. I wasn't supposed to, but you know, I can't exactly control this thing in my head.

And that's a whole other thing about my life....I can't quite control it. Not just the flashes. I mean, I'm dragged off...I dunno, somewhere...to see what I can...remember? access? on someone or something. I'm letting my buddy Morgan down a lot now. And my sister Ellie too. I mean, I missed Mother's Day because of a mission. That wasn't supposed to happen. I was supposed to be home by 8.

And what's gonna happen with Sarah and me? How long can we pretend...I mean....

Yeah, long story short- life is winning on that front.
