Meta: Hey Hiro! Check this out!

Seems Entertainment Weekly magazine picked our abilities as nominees for a Tubey award!

(Well okay, they didn't get our abilities exactly right but still...)

I will have a gold medal to go with my silver one?

So far! I dunno when the voting ends, but you're like 10% ahead of Clark at the moment.

Clark should really win. After all he can fly, has x-ray and heat vision and all those powers. The only thing he has to worry about is kryptonite.

*nods* He does have several.

He can fly. *Hiro sighs deeply.*

*Hiro nods.* I guess it was reading all those Superman comics when I was little. I love my ability, but sometimes I envy him being able to fly.

Well, it must be kinda fun. You're not bound by gravity or many of the boundaries that are in the way of earthbound beings.

I think everyone would kinda like to fly at some point just for the freedom of it.

[identity profile] powered-otaku.livejournal.com 2008-08-18 02:27 am (UTC)(link)
*Hiro nods.* It must be so liberating to just leave the ground behind and see it all in one glance.

*nods*

We at least got to float once in Roanoke. Wasn't quite the same though.

[identity profile] powered-otaku.livejournal.com 2008-08-18 03:29 am (UTC)(link)
No, not quite the same. *Hiro snickers a bit at the memory of the two of them throwing fairy dust all over themselves. By the end of it, they were more twinkle than flying.*

We must have looked so silly.

But you know...I was kinda surprised the pixie dust even worked at all.

You and I both. I thought for certain that nothing would happen.
