Okay...that was probably too many choices at once. Let me go through the rules of each one.
In hospital tag, someone is chose to be 'it.' And if that kid tags you, wherever he tags you, you you have to pretend you're injured. So...if you tagged in the arm, you have to hold it with the other arm. If you're tagged in the leg, you have to hop on one foot. And basically, you're out of the game when you can't move.
It's...a dumb game, I know.
Cut the Cake has a bunch of kids standing in a circle holding hands. In the center of the circle is one kid who is the cutter. He closes his eyes and spins around while the other kids countdown from ten down to one. Then, they shout 'cut the cake' and the cutter stops spinning and walks over to the two kids closest to him. Then he pretends to 'cut the cake.' The kids then stop holding hands and run around the circle in opposite directions. The cutter stands where the two kids once were and the first kid to make it back to the cutter, gets to be the cutter the next turn.
Okay...as for the last game I mentioned, the full title is 'Duck, Duck, Goose.' A group of kids sit in a circle. And there's one kid who stands up and walks around the circle tapping kids on the head saying 'duck, duck...' and can repeat saying 'duck' as many times as he wants. Sometimes that kid is called the 'picker.' But anyway, finally the 'picker' has to settle on someone to be the 'goose.' When he taps someone as the goose,' the 'goose' rises and chases and tries to tag the 'picker', while the 'picker' tries to return to and sit where the 'goose' had been sitting. If the picker succeeds, the 'goose' is now the new picker and the process begins again. If the 'goose' succeeds in tagging the picker, the goose may return to sit in the previous spot and the 'picker' goes back to the 'duck, duck...' thing.
And yeah, the term goose can also mean to pinch someone. But it's also a bird.
Hospital tag sounds dangerous. What happens if someone tags you in both legs? You would automatically lose.
You would definitely need many children for "cut the cake", but it sounds like a fun game.
We have geese in Japan. I just did not think you would have a game with real birds in it. So, "Duck, duck, goose" is sort of like musical chairs, but not everyone is standing to begin with.
I think there was a rule that you couldn't be tagged twice in a row or something. I kinda forget.
*nods* Yeah, you do. That would be a good one to play with a whole class or something.
Well, there's no real birds in the game. I dunno even know why it's called that, but...it is. *shrugs* It is kinda like musical chairs, yeah. Only you have two people trying to get the same spot instead of a whole group trying to find a space at the same time.

Re: [Locked]
But 'Duck, Duck Goose' would be fine, and 'Cut the Cake' too.

You know, I can't believe I forget to mention the most obvious kids' game - Hide and Seek.

I've played 'hide' a lot lately. But that's from people I don't want to find me!
