Okay, I did go back to find the thread where Hiro tells Chuck about Peter and I just realized it did start in an OOC post. Halfway through, Chuck and Hiro have a long IC conversation and this were Hiro talks about Charlie and Peter.

So...if this knowledge was supposed to be meta/ooc or whatever, I'll redo Chuck's reply above.
