S-so BuddyTV has this list of 20 guys they think would be good to kiss under the mistletoe.

I rank at #13 and my buddy Hiro is #19 on their list. Also, Sam, who I talked to a couple of times, is #2 on their list.

ETA: And they did one for ladies and my friend Claire Bennet ranks as #1 on their list.

I don't think it's vain. And to be honest, I'd put you above all of them, really. There are a bunch of dudes on there that aren't good-looking at all, then there are a bunch of buttheads. You're both handsome and incredibly awesome, so. Top of the list you go.

I suppose it's all subjective anyway on looks and stuff.

Yeah, Chuck. Really. You're a good friend, and a good man, and very sweet, on top of being good-looking. I'd take that any day over twenty of those other dudes. Those things are much more valuable than money, a bad-boy image, a superpower, good fighting skills, or whatever else got some of those guys on that list.

And, hey! You were crowned the Reunion Queen so they finally got it right. Though...i know that doesn't make up for all the years Heather was a bitch to you or anything, but...it was really nice.

It kind of made all those years worth it.

I guess...she was sorta like...my one tie to my normal past. The girl that got away. And I certainly know I screwed up and nearly compromised...well, everything when she was around.

I certainly know "I'm sorry" doesn't cover all that.

You didn't know. The two of you had so much history together, and when she came back...

She had us all fooled, Chuck. We wouldn't have found out if we hadn't had access to that roster of Fulcrum agents.

You don't have to apologize. What she did, what you had to deal with all over again... you made the right decision in the end.

I wish I knew why the Intersect didn't flash on her earlier. It KNEW her Fulcrum codename. *huffs, then sighs*

I do though. She learned about the Castle, started downloading the list of government agents... Short of knowing I was the Intersect, she had just about everything Fulcrum wanted.

At least I never told her that much.

And, I guess I did finally do something right. About Jill, I mean.

I don't think anyone really knows how the Intersect works in a human mind.

Everyone makes mistakes, Chuck, but you've made a lot of good choices in your life.

You're probably right. And those that might know something, like Dr. Zarnow, are more interested in selling me to the highest bidder.
