Chuck had the afternoon to himself. He wasn't working at the Buy More and, for the moment at least, there was no mission underway.

He found himself catching up on 'Call of Duty' since it felt like it had been ages since he played last. He almost felt guilty Morgan was still at work since he knew his buddy would so want to play if he was off too.

After shooting several enemies, Chuck heard a knock at the front door. He paused the game and got up to answer it.

"F-followed?" Chuck looked a bit nervous now in addition to his concern. "By who?"

She pursed her lips a little bit before sighing softly, "Some special ops people."

"But...what would special ops people want with you?" He looked towards the window for a second and then back towards Claire. I wonder if they're still there. he thought to himself..

"I don't know." She hesitates as she glances at the window and then back at him, waving a hand, "Nevermind. It's nothing, I'm just..." She didn't know what to say. God, why did she even say that? It wasn't like he'd know anything about special ops or government people looking for people like her.

Chuck could tell Claire was hiding something but he wasn't sure what or why she felt she needed to keep this a secret from him. He took a breath and then offered, "Claire, whatever's wrong, you can tell me. M-maybe I can help."

"I...There are people disappearing, people being rounded up by this Hunter guy and his group. I don't know where they're taking them or what they have planned but I think they're after me." Even though they weren't supposed to be.

"B-but why? What does this Hunter guy have against you and the people he's rounding up?"
