Well...that and sometimes their family situations make them have to look after themselves before they're technically adults. I mean, when my mom left, Ellie and I knew we'd have to do the same whether we ready to or not.

So...I dunno if I was like that because I was smart or if I had to be since things happened that forced me to be that way.

That and I think she thought I could have a better job than that and just didn't apply myself.

I think they're going pretty well. This definitely is the type of job I figured I'd have once I got out of college.

The problem is that colleges can be quite nasty when they think they have someone who did wrong. It was not fair to you that Bryce ruined your possible career like that.
