So someone nominated me for 'The newbie with the most potential for greatness' for this month's Tammy awards.

I mean, me? I dunno what to say but (*nervous laugh*)...th-thanks so much!

So, yeah...kinda stunned but...wow...

ooc: I must admit, I feel I am still trying to get the voice down for this muse and I hope I'm able to. So the fact that someone out there felt my take on Chuck was worthy...wow.

The mun totally agrees there are some great muses up for that new muse award. Jack has been fun to interact with and his mun too writes a couple of other awesome muses out there. Maya is a very well written muse and a joy to talk to. Also, I gotta tip my hat to

itsjustbob. (I have yet to play with Bob, but his mun is an awesome writer.)

I haven't had a chance to interact with the others (maybe their muns somewhere else, but you all do such a kickass job of fooling me until you reveal who else you write!)

I think you're doing a wonderful job with Maya and I'm glad she made the ballot! Do you participate in the Tammys? They're kinda fun.

I don't participate. If there are people who I think should get votes, I totally vote, but I don't generally go out of my way. It's very cool and all, I just... I don't know. That's not why I write, you know? *shrug*

Oh I hear ya. I think it would be silly and rather vain to just write for the sake of getting an award. The writing is for the fun and the experiences.

I like to nominate writers/muses. I think it's nice when some folks I think are great get recognized for their efforts.

Yeah, agreed, which is why I vote sometimes. I've just seen that kind of stuff get nasty, so I just kind of stay away for the most part. But it is nice to see people who deserve it get recognised.

Thanks for your kind words, and I also think that there are some really great writers out there- you included. I would be very happy if Chuck won the Best New Muse award, despite Jack's nomination. You're doing a great job with him. Best of Luck!
