I don't think we ever did! We tossed around a few places, but never decided on one.

What if we found the exact center of the country and have it there?

Okay. The Wikipedia gives two options. The geographic center of the contiguous United States is Lebanon, Kansas. But the geographic center of the entire U.S.is Belle Fourche, South Dakota. So the second option is the U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii and the first is just middle point of the states that are all together.

We should include all the states, so South Dakota it is.

That works then. Plus, it's definitely neutral territory for everyone.
