Sandwich meme from Hiro

You Are a Turkey Sandwich

Conservative and a bit shy, you tend to stick with what you know and trust.
You are very introverted, and you prefer to blend in whenever possible.
Though you may be hard to know well, anyone who does know you considers you a true friend.

Your best friend: The Ham Sandwich

Your mortal enemy: The Tuna Fish Sandwich

[Locked to Casey] After 4 hours of listening to Morgan and I talk about sandwiches, you probably wanna hurt me for posting this, huh? [/unlocked]

I'm glad we are not enemy sandwiches!

[identity profile] nerdherdchuck.livejournal.com 2008-01-04 03:07 am (UTC)(link)
How can sandwiches be enemies anyway? Yet another odd meme...

[identity profile] powered-otaku.livejournal.com 2008-01-04 03:17 am (UTC)(link)
I do not know. Perhaps they fight for the priviledge of getting eaten.

[identity profile] nerdherdchuck.livejournal.com 2008-01-04 03:23 am (UTC)(link)
Which...is kinda dumb.

I guess it's like the Zodiac compatibility thing...only with, uh, sandwiches.

[identity profile] nerdherdchuck.livejournal.com 2008-01-04 04:03 am (UTC)(link)
Sorta. But blood type compatibility is a much more crucial thing. I mean, if you get transfused with the wrong type, you could get very sick.

My sister Ellie is a doctor. She told a story about that happening once.

The Zodiac thing is just sorta silly. Like one sign is sympathetic and another is kinda blunt so they don't get along or whatever. But that's not always true.

[identity profile] powered-otaku.livejournal.com 2008-01-04 04:05 am (UTC)(link)
In Japan there are many compatibility tests for blood type. Like zodiac.

Your sister is a doctor? Mine runs our father's company.

No, people are more complex than they indicate. However, it is usually just fun to see who they say you get along with.

[identity profile] nerdherdchuck.livejournal.com 2008-01-04 04:16 am (UTC)(link)
Oh yeah? Never knew that.

Yup. That's cool about your sister. Is she older than you?

It is. Just as long as you take it as silly fun.

[identity profile] powered-otaku.livejournal.com 2008-01-04 04:25 am (UTC)(link)
It is not so popular now.

Yes, Kimiko is older. She was horrible when we were little.

Memes are no reason to start wars, no.

[identity profile] nerdherdchuck.livejournal.com 2008-01-04 04:31 am (UTC)(link)
Ellie is older than I am too. We pretty much got along though. But, sometimes she's kinda motherly to me.

Nope, not at all.

[identity profile] powered-otaku.livejournal.com 2008-01-04 04:33 am (UTC)(link)
Kimiko has never treated me like she was mother. Is your sister much older than you?

[identity profile] nerdherdchuck.livejournal.com 2008-01-04 04:47 am (UTC)(link)
No, only a couple of years. But...I think Ellie just worries about me a lot.

And maybe, she...um, thought she needed to be the mother after...

*lowers voice and sadly adds* our mom wasn't part of lives anymore.

[identity profile] powered-otaku.livejournal.com 2008-01-04 05:23 am (UTC)(link)
Kimiko is only a little than me, too, but she always tried to win favor with our father. I was not important to her.

My mother died when I was little. I do not remember her very well, but I have a picture of her and my father.

[identity profile] nerdherdchuck.livejournal.com 2008-01-05 03:21 am (UTC)(link)
I'm sorry to hear that, Hiro. *bows head slightly*

ooc: Ack...forgot a word above. I'm doing that too often lately. *head desk*

[identity profile] powered-otaku.livejournal.com 2008-01-05 04:06 am (UTC)(link)
We both have some family. This is good.

[identity profile] nerdherdchuck.livejournal.com 2008-01-05 04:27 am (UTC)(link)
*nods* Very true.

I dunno what I'd do without Ellie.

[identity profile] powered-otaku.livejournal.com 2008-01-05 05:59 am (UTC)(link)
It must be nice to be so close.
