OOC: Chuck meets Heroes

Came across this interview with Zachary Levi and Adam Baldwin. There's a section where Zach talks about the idea of such a crossover.

Kinda funny...some of it is kinda on the lines of what some us muns discussed. *g*

I'd think that would be fun if NBC ever did it since I like both shows.

I get what Zach's saying about how there could be a difference of the tone of the show, but if it was a sorta 'Company wants to use Chuck for their own purposes' plot, that could keep in the Heroes dramatic tone, I think.

I know he was. But he and Ando rescued me before they could give me a shot. I don't like needles.

[identity profile] nerdherdchuck.livejournal.com 2007-12-31 01:18 am (UTC)(link)
A shot? Why were they gonna give you shot?

[identity profile] powered-otaku.livejournal.com 2007-12-31 01:42 am (UTC)(link)
Future me was considered a terrorist because he was trying to free the people like us. They were going to kill me so I couldn't go back and change things.

Was it like, you know...some government thing where all the people with special powers were rounded up? Cuz, that's...not right.

Well, I'm glad you got back to the present okay.

*Hiro nods.* It was a horrible future.

So am I. We made sure that New York didn't blow up.

[identity profile] nerdherdchuck.livejournal.com 2007-12-31 03:01 am (UTC)(link)
Certainly sounds like one. Not one I'd want to live in. *shudders*

So...in this future, New York was destroyed?

[identity profile] powered-otaku.livejournal.com 2007-12-31 03:09 am (UTC)(link)
No, it would have not been a good future for anyone, I think. Except the people in power.

Yes, a nuclear man blew it up. *He's not about to mention Peter almost did. However, in the other future, Sylar had blown up. (He never did find out that it was Peter in both of them)

[identity profile] nerdherdchuck.livejournal.com 2007-12-31 03:12 am (UTC)(link)
I think you're right about that.

Scary. So someone could, like explode like a nuclear weapon? *shudders* That's a dangerous ability to have.

[identity profile] powered-otaku.livejournal.com 2007-12-31 03:22 am (UTC)(link)
Very dangerous. *He remembers how Peter wanted him to kill him. If Sylar hadn't intervened, he'd have Peter's blood on his hands. Sylar actually bought them time for Nathan to arrive.* I am glad it is not my ability.

[identity profile] nerdherdchuck.livejournal.com 2007-12-31 03:28 am (UTC)(link)
*nods* It's not one I'd want either.

[identity profile] powered-otaku.livejournal.com 2007-12-31 03:50 am (UTC)(link)
Charlie had the ability to remember everything she read. She learned Japanese in a day.

[identity profile] nerdherdchuck.livejournal.com 2007-12-31 03:54 am (UTC)(link)
Wow, that's amazing! It's like the most photographic memory ever.

[identity profile] powered-otaku.livejournal.com 2007-12-31 04:06 am (UTC)(link)
Exactly! She had a big brain. Maybe your ability is like hers.

[identity profile] nerdherdchuck.livejournal.com 2007-12-31 04:41 am (UTC)(link)
Well, I can remember things pretty well. But anything from the Intersect needs to be triggered by something. I can't just ask it to find out about a certain person or place or whatever.

[identity profile] powered-otaku.livejournal.com 2007-12-31 04:43 am (UTC)(link)
But I would think that would be normal for that ability or you would go mad with all the knowledge in your head. Best to be able to bring knowledge up when you need it.

[identity profile] nerdherdchuck.livejournal.com 2007-12-31 04:46 am (UTC)(link)
I guess you're right. There's probably things in there I'm best off not knowing either.

[identity profile] powered-otaku.livejournal.com 2007-12-31 05:04 am (UTC)(link)
Or things you can ignore. Has anything here made your brain start giving you information?

[identity profile] nerdherdchuck.livejournal.com 2008-01-01 01:01 am (UTC)(link)
Nothing yet. I wonder if I should try to test the Intersect here. Maybe try to imagine something that triggered it in the past?

[identity profile] nerdherdchuck.livejournal.com 2008-01-01 01:07 am (UTC)(link)
Well, one thing I remember was an old classmate of mine gave me a business card of his. And that triggered something.

I mean, I remember a few other things that did it too, but his card didn't pull up any scary images like most stuff did.

[identity profile] powered-otaku.livejournal.com 2008-01-01 02:17 am (UTC)(link)
Perhaps you can summon this card? Have this place make it for you?

[identity profile] nerdherdchuck.livejournal.com 2008-01-01 02:36 am (UTC)(link)
I can try.

*thinks about Allan Watterman's business card and a moment later, notices a business card face down on the floor next to him. He picks it up and turns it face up.*

Well, here goes...

*Chuck glances down at the card and his eyes glaze over for a moment as images of Allan's off shore account receipts load in his mind. He snaps back to reality a moment later.*

[identity profile] powered-otaku.livejournal.com 2008-01-01 02:43 am (UTC)(link)
Chuck?

*The look on Chuck's face was scary. He looked completely blank, like his brain was gone.*
