OOC: Chuck meets Heroes

Came across this interview with Zachary Levi and Adam Baldwin. There's a section where Zach talks about the idea of such a crossover.

Kinda funny...some of it is kinda on the lines of what some us muns discussed. *g*

I'd think that would be fun if NBC ever did it since I like both shows.

I get what Zach's saying about how there could be a difference of the tone of the show, but if it was a sorta 'Company wants to use Chuck for their own purposes' plot, that could keep in the Heroes dramatic tone, I think.

You watched 'Attack of the Killer Tomatoes' huh? *chuckles* Such a bad movie. Say if you like making fun of bad movies, maybe we could watch tapes of this show that used to do that. I dunno...have you ever heard of 'Mystery Science Theater 3000?'

I have no idea how I could have brought it on myself. He wouldn't say why and then, well, I didn't talk to him after I had to leave Stanford.

When my future self came back to the past, he didn't contact me. He contacted someone else.

We managed to see one episode of "Mystery Science Theatre 3000". The movie was so awful! But we laughed so hard.

I can understand. It hurt too much for you to speak to him.

Oh yeah, all the episodes are like that. Probably 'Manos: The Hands of Fate' is the worst movie they've shown though.

He...yeah, he is. *nods sadly* He was a bank manager and...well, he was killed during a robbery attempt. Even with all he did, part of me...well, I decided to go to his funeral after all.

It depends on whether or not you believe in more than one universe. We created a new one, but the other one still continues. My future self is dead, though. It was very disturbing to see.

It is always sad when people we know die. It reminds us of our own mortality.

He was shot by a man I consider to be a good man, but he was evil in that future.

Yes. I do not know what happened to him. Ando managed to get me to send us back to our time. I do not think I was rational at that moment. Ando keeps me...earthed...no, grounded.

I like the Home Theatre. You have an excellent imagination.

I think he worries that I will be like him. After all, I must be something like him, since he was me.

Well, sorta, I guess. *sheepish grin* I sorta just took the basic idea of the one at Buy More and added onto it.

He was very grim. He never smiled, was never happy. He lost his Ando. I could tell because when he saw Ando his eyes were so sad. I do not think he liked me. He carried the Kensei katana on his back and he wore all black.

Still it is excellent. I would never have thought of it at all.

Well, maybe he was...kinda jealous of you because Ando was still alive in your time. Maybe that's why he is cold to you.

I'm glad you like it.

I know he was. But he and Ando rescued me before they could give me a shot. I don't like needles.

A shot? Why were they gonna give you shot?

Future me was considered a terrorist because he was trying to free the people like us. They were going to kill me so I couldn't go back and change things.

Was it like, you know...some government thing where all the people with special powers were rounded up? Cuz, that's...not right.

Well, I'm glad you got back to the present okay.

*Hiro nods.* It was a horrible future.

So am I. We made sure that New York didn't blow up.

Certainly sounds like one. Not one I'd want to live in. *shudders*

So...in this future, New York was destroyed?

No, it would have not been a good future for anyone, I think. Except the people in power.

Yes, a nuclear man blew it up. *He's not about to mention Peter almost did. However, in the other future, Sylar had blown up. (He never did find out that it was Peter in both of them)
